Occupational Therapy: Across the Parkinson’s Disease Continuum is an online course designed by expert occupational therapists in the field of Parkinson’s to help other occupational therapists improve care for people with Parkinson’s disease. The course was designed by the Parkinson’s Disease Foundation (PDF) in collaboration with the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA).

Who should participate?: This course is designed for occupational therapists in all  care settings who want to provide the best care for people living with Parkinson’s disease – from diagnosis to advanced PD.

When?: You can view this course online 24 hours a day seven days a week from an Internet-connected computer.

Cost?: The course is free to view on the PDF website. Continuing education units are provided through the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) for a fee via the AOTA Learning Library. 

How: Watch the four modules, each approximately 90-140 minutes long, separately or all at once.
