The Parkinson's Disease Foundation (PDF) offers a variety of educational publications and programs for people with Parkinson’s, their caregivers and families and allied health professionals. If you are requesting information for your practice, hospital or support group, you may request up to 50 copies of a particular publication, with the exception of the Introductory Packet, which is limited to one per order.
