The Parkinson's Disease Foundation (PDF) offers a variety of educational publications and programs for people with Parkinson’s, their caregivers and families and allied health professionals. If you are requesting information for your practice, hospital or support group, you may request up to 50 copies of a particular publication, with the exception of the Introductory Packet, which is limited to one per order. This twelve-month calendar explores the therapeutic value of creativity for people living with Parkinson’s disease. The 7x14 wall calendar:
- Features creative works of thirteen people living with Parkinson’s disease (PD), chosen from over 220 artists whose works are displayed in PDF’s Creativity and Parkinson’s Project.
- Includes personal statements from each artist about how the creative process has affected their Parkinson’s.
- Conveniently highlights Parkinson’s-related events for 2009 - including PDF’s own educational events and other events of interest to the community.
